Public Cooking Demonstration

For SSF 2014, DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur and Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur’s executive chefs participated in a public cooking demonstration using certified sustainable fish.

Hilton Removed shark fin from their menus since 2014 and announced global commitment on sustainable seafood in 2015 under their Travel with Purpose programme. Hilton Hotels in Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu and Kuching, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotels in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Johor.
